your host must allow streaming video. my host did not and wanted to charge a whole bunch more. I got an account through podbus.com which allows for streaming. Very easy to set up. Recommended.
Link up your feed with feedburner.com. Stream. A great service with quick and helpful customer service. Great peeps.
